Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM or later. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. The credit card on file will be held for any incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:

• 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund issued.
• 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund. The full booking amount will be charged.
• No-shows: The full booking amount will be charged with no refund.

For cancellations due to emergency circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Pet Policy

Poole Bay Resort warmly welcomes well-behaved dogs in designated pet-friendly rooms and cabins. The following conditions apply:

• A pet fee of $25 per night, per pet applies.
• Maximum 2 dogs per accommodation unit.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
• Pets are not permitted in the dining room, spa, or fitness centre.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Noise & Quiet Hours

To ensure a restful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum in and around accommodations, docks, and common areas.

Smoking Policy

Poole Bay Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside any building or cabin. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs inside a guest room.

Water Safety

The safety of our guests on the water is paramount. We ask that all guests observe the following:

• Life jackets must be worn by children under 12 at all times on the water.
• Swimming outside of designated areas is at your own risk.
• No boating or water sports after dark.
• Please respect all posted marine speed limits in the bay.

Damage & Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. Poole Bay Resort is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We strongly recommend travel insurance for your stay.

Privacy Policy

Poole Bay Resort respects your privacy. Personal information collected at time of booking (name, address, email, and payment details) is used solely for reservation management and communication purposes.
